TaskBee

Terms of Service

Last updated 14.07.2026.

1. General provisions

This public offer (the "Offer") sets out the terms of use of the TaskBee platform (the "Platform") — a microtask service that connects advertisers and workers. By registering on the Platform, you accept the terms of this Offer in full.

2. Definitions

Advertiser — a user who creates tasks and pays for their completion. Worker — a user who completes tasks for a reward. A single account may act in both roles.

3. Balances and settlements

Each account has two balances: an earnings balance (funds earned by completing tasks; available for withdrawal) and an advertising balance (funds for paying for tasks; topped up by deposit). Transfers are only possible from the earnings balance to the advertising balance. All settlements on the Platform are made in US dollars.

When a campaign is created, its full budget is reserved from the advertising balance. Any unused budget is returned when the campaign is completed or cancelled.

4. Commissions

The Platform withholds a commission from the worker's reward for each approved completion, as well as a withdrawal fee according to the rates shown on the withdrawal page. Current commission amounts are always displayed before you confirm an operation.

5. Task completion and review

The advertiser must review the worker's report within the period specified in the task. If the review is not carried out in time, the report is approved automatically. Rejecting a report requires a stated reason; the worker has the right to appeal a rejection within 7 days — the administration's decision following arbitration is final.

6. Prohibited

The use of bots and automation, creating multiple accounts, artificial inflation of activity, tasks with malicious or legally prohibited content, and fraud in any form. A violation results in the account being blocked; funds obtained by fraud are not paid out.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 72 hours. The Platform may request identity verification if a violation of these terms is suspected.

8. Liability

The Platform is an intermediary between advertisers and workers and is not responsible for the content of third-party tasks. The service is provided "as is"; the Platform makes reasonable efforts to operate without interruption but does not guarantee the absence of technical downtime.

9. Changes to the terms

The Platform may update this Offer, giving notice of material changes on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes agreement with the new version.
